FlexKom does business in distinct phases. Here are the first 4.

Pre-Launch - Networking
At this stage, members are introduced to the concept of FlexKom and if they like it, they join and introduce their friends to it.Those who choose to join, continue the process and tell their friends, who join and tell their friends, building a network of partners.
You can build your team following the bonus structure offered by the FlexKom Marketing Plan, so that when it is finally time to pay for the ownership of your FlexKom licence, you achieve the highest level and gain the most in bonus payments.
Please note that it is not necessary to build a team of partners to make money with FlexKom, but it is advisable to do so.
Registration is free and the membership builds until the company decides to introduce Phase 1.
Phase 1 - Partner Building
In Phase 1, FlexKom opens up and allows members to purchase a stated franchise licence.The Global Team Licence (GTM) offers the ability to build your business worldwide. You are allowed to build both local and international partner, customer and business clientele.
The Junior Team Licence (JTM) and the Business Team Licence (BTM) offer the ability to only build a partner and customer clientele locally. This licence does not allow the holder to approach and enroll businesses into the FlexKom system, but it is less expensive than the GTM licence.
FlexKom only requires a certain number of franchise holders in a particular country or region. Once that number is met, registrations stop for the particular licence being offered at that time.
Commissions and bonuses are paid to those who have enrolled and hit the given ranks, all while you work from home.
Phase 2 - Customer Building
In Phase 2, franchise partners are given discount loyalty cards and apps to give away freely to customers. Cards come pre-loaded with 20 FlexMoney (approximately USD$20) and apps with 2 FlexMoney.The customer has to spend the equivalent of 200 FlexMoney to activate the 20 FlexMoney gift.
When all the cards and apps have been given out, creating a huge customer base, FlexKom will launch Phase 3. Members can purchase more cards and apps after this stage.

Phase 3 - Merchant Building
In Phase 3, FlexKom franchise partners are trained in approaching businesses and are certified when they pass the training.FlexKom wants to make sure that all business partners can understand and clearly explain the business to potential merchants and shop owners.
