About Me

Choosing The Right FlexCom Partner

I like to educate and empower people, helping them to realize that they too have much to contribute to the world.

If you have heard about FlexCom's residual income opportunity via whispers in the grapevine, then you need to read this article as it will help you propel your potential FlexCom business into a far more profitable one.

Choosing THE RIGHT FlexCom partner is VERY important, if you haven't been referred by someone as yet. If someone has been trying to persuade and convince you about the beauty of the FlexCom system AND has taken the time and effort to be working hard with you, then you owe it to them by signing up using their link.

However, if you've heard about FlexCom through any other means - the internet, newspapers, radio etc. - then you should consider who to choose as your FlexCom sponsor and guide.

A FlexCom sponsor should be able to assist you when you need help, or information. Imagine what happens when you need some vital information really quickly and there's no one for you to turn to, to clarify the point. Your FlexCom sponsor IS your point of contact and you should receive all your information and updates via his, or  her connections within the business.

If your sponsor is a deadbeat and is unable to find out things for you, or is uninterested in helping you, to whom will you turn to get your answers?

That is why it's extremely vital that your FlexCom sponsor stays informed of all the latest Company updates and passes the relevant information to you, if you haven't already received it yourself.

Your FlexCom sponsor should be able to help fix any problems that you have encountered.

If you have account problems, technical problems, payment problems, or paperwork problems, your FlexCom sponsor should be able to connect you with the right people and find a solution for your specific challenge.

If your sponsor considers your problem as unimportant, or something which can wait, then this would definitely be the wrong attitude to take and will lead you to experience more frustration.

Your sponsor needs to be aware of all information related to FlexCom and the FlexCom system. That individual needs to possess the knowledge which can benefit you and your team. If your FlexCom sponsor doesn't have the answer to a particular issue, the individual should be able to find out quickly. However, a really good understanding of the system to start with IS A MUST when it comes to choosing a sponsor.

Where should your FlexCom sponsor live?

Most of the time, people prefer to choose a sponsor that resides close to them, or is at least in their own country. This can be a good thing as well as have its disadvantages.

If the FlexCom sponsor fails to meet the points made in this article, then that individual would be a terrible sponsor to have, even if he lives next door to you. BUT, if the individual can meet the requirements of a GOOD SPONSOR, this this is the person that your ought to select, even if she/he lives abroad.

Many times. you will find your ideal sponsor in another country. This doesn't affect your FlexCom business, or the flow of information at all. Just as long as this sponsor makes himself available to assist you when you need it, with the correct information, then you should select him/her. We live in a technological world and communication is now easier and cheaper than ever, and phone calls are even free using - Skype, WhatsApp, Google Hangouts, or email.

Get to know your sponsor before selecting him, or her. Talk to them over the various communication options listed and in this way you will be able to get an idea of how well you communicate with each other and if you are compatible work partners. Invariably, you will get a feel for his/her genuineness and his/her desire to help you.

Finally, look for a sponsor who is willing to go as far as placing new members in your team. If a sponsor places new people in your team, he will be assisting you to earn more money. Ultimately, of course this will help him/her as well, but if your sponsor has the ability to engage and enrol others into FlexCom, he is very definitely the person with whom you should partner. This ability will benefit you most of all and will make an appreciable difference to your level of income.

If this person is well connected or has the network marketing business as a livelihood, then typically, he should already have this prized ability. If your potential sponsor is lifeless, or cannot engage others to make a purchase, then don;t waste your time.....he/she will not be able to place people in your team, and will be of very little benefit to you.

In the past, I got involved with many businesses that required sponsorship to enrol into the particular programme. Lots of times, I had been approached (and still am today) by people who joined the programme under a sponsor and then regretted their decision because of the individual's lifelessness and inability to help them move forward in the programme. Most of the time, the sponsor was a friend, which was why they took the plunge to sign up in the first place.

A point to realize is that friendship plays a very small part when it comes to conducting business and earning a living. Being in business is a very serious matter and not just some hobby, or afterthought. If you make decisions based on emotion rather than logic, it most likely will end up in disaster. Why put yourself though that pain? Think!

You may have to "hurt" your friend's feelings at that point in time, when you gently refuse their offer, but if your friendship is strong, they'll get over it. Remember! This is BUSINESS and you have to look after yourself and your family first, before you look after your friend.

Take a long hard look at your friend. Is that individual best suited to be your sponsor? Does he/she have the criteria listed to help you succeed? If your answer is, "Yes! She's the right person for me!" Then don't waste any time and sign up with the individual right away.

Let me just summarize now the characteristics and elements for which you should be looking, when searching for a suitable sponsor:
  • Your chosen sponsor should be willing to assist you on any given day.
  • Your sponsor should be well informed.
  • Your sponsor should be able to fix your specific problems and challenges.
  • Your sponsor should have a very good working knowledge of FlexCom and how the business operates.
  • Your sponsor has a real genuine desire to help you and not be just trying to get commissions off of you.
  • Your sponsor should be willing to assist you in building your business and team and place people for you.
  • Your sponsor should ideally be well connected with hopefully a steady stream of new referrals.
  • Your sponsor should be your advocate, regardless of where either of you live on the planet.
  • Your choosing of a sponsor should be made using reason and NOT emotion.

If you don't have a sponsor as yet, I sincerely hope that you know someone who meets the stated criteria and will be able to assist and guide you throughout the sign-up process. Don't make any costly mistakes by choosing the wrong one. Spend some time doing research and talking to potential sponsors before making your final choice.

Now since this is my blog, it would be neglectful of me to not mention anything about you partnering with me. Let me throw out a few points in the hope that you consider me as your sponsor. I humbly state that I am not the best sponsor in the world, but I would still like to list a few points that you may want to seriously consider for my candidacy as your FlexCom sponsor and partner.

I have been involved in FlexCom almost since its arrival on the shores of my country in 2013. From that time to the present, I have studied and learnt about how the business operates and I keep abreast of all updates. This company continues to grow and evolve, as improvements in technology allows them to keep its principal product, the FlexCom terminal and its FlexApp, completely up-to-date. I have a fairly good idea about and feel for the company and this allows me to advise my downline on their activities.

I have a fairly large group (numbering in the hundreds) and I help not only my team members build their business. FlexCom's  philosophy of paying everyone, allows me to be comfortable helping any one who asks. In the long run, we all benefit. I always follow through and help until all partners' challenges have been solved.

As a teacher, I am pretty good when it comes to explaining things in an easy way. I've done group presentations and with this skill, have been able to attract more people to our team. This, of course, benefits my downline partners especially with regards to referrals.

I try my best to keep in contact with my downline and their team members via email, Skype, phone or WhatsApp, to keep abreast of how they are achieving their goals. I am very accessible and I answer when called, even if it is late at night.

As I have experience in other online and off-line businesses that require recruiting, my general aim is to keep placing new referrals under existing downline partners. This is done on a first come-first served basis. I know what it takes to engage, recruit and refer people and that's why I have been fairly successful over the years. My ability and success will be a direct benefit to you, when I am able to place any forthcoming referrals under you. This website gets lots of visitors and queries. If they should choose to join, whom do you think I will place them under? My existing downline, of course, and hopefully you when you choose to join our team.

In addition, the person that I place you under, will also help place people under you. You, in turn, will receive first hand training on what you will be able to do, to also assist your placed referrals and how to also be a good sponsor.

If you would like me to do a Business Information Session (BIS) or a presentation meeting for potential team members, I can help. Please feel free to call me and we'll arrange it together.

This team holds regular meetings and we have lots of team members who have hit the ranks. There are currently 1 Sales Director, 6 Sales Managers and 33 Marketing Managers with a variety of team members that they also help. All these members are amiable and approachable and will assist you with almost any issue that you may encounter.

So, by signing up with me, you will not only benefit directly from me, but from my whole Elite Team.

I do hope that you give serious thought to all that I can offer, and hope that the advice I gave about choosing a good sponsor, makes sense. Please take them into consideration BEFORE selecting your future FlexCom sponsor and partner.
