The FlexKom Business System

Join Our Fast Growing FLEXKOM Team HERE

The typical way of doing business right now, is for the shop owner to open up his establishment and wait for customers to arrive. Some days are busier than the next, depending on the time of year, but ultimately, he still has to wait for people to have a need for his products and services.

Typically, in order to increase revenue and drive traffic to his door step, the store owner will have a sale and offer discounts on selected items. The customer pays for the item at a reduced rate and goes away happy. The store owner is happy too because he puts money in the till.

But what happens to that discount – the money that was “given up” to get that sale? Traditionally, nothing!

And this is where FlexKom comes in and revolutionizes the discount/cash back market and uses the discount to fuel
  • ·        increased sales
  • ·        customer loyalty
  • ·        life time residual income

How does the FlexKom system do that? you may ask and here is a full explanation.

When a store owner joins the FlexKom system by buying a FlexKom franchise, or by simply choosing to own a terminal, he is agreeing to give discounts to his customers as cash back on their FlexKom Discount Loyalty card.

Let me use an example.

David Andre is a famous designer and is well known in Haiti, Trinidad &  Tobago, the Caribbean and internationally in the world of fashion.

He  designed the outfit to the left and let’s assume, for the sake of this example, that the garment cost $3000 and the discount is $250.

Currently, when stores have discounts, it is cash off for the customer  and the discount, whatever figure it is, is a “loss” to the store-owner.

Normally, the customer would be happy to pay the discounted price  of $2750 and leave the store happy and the store owner probably  won't see her for several weeks, until she needs another dress, or  accessories.

The discount is seen as "lost" money for the store owner, BUT it was  a reduced price that he could have afforded and still make a profit  and remain in business for years to come.

FlexKom has found a way to work with discounts to
  • ·         build residual income,
  • ·         increase store owners’ profit margins and
  • ·         build loyal customers.
This is how discounts work with FlexKom.

The store owner works with his current discounts and doesn't have to lower his prices any further. How ingenious is that?

Let's look at the example of the $3000 dress, with the $250 discount.

With FlexKom, here's how that transaction would have worked out.

Of any discounted figure that the store owner issues, half goes to the customer and the other half is shared between the store owner, the franchise holder and FlexKom.

So even if the whole discount is $250, the store owner marks the price so that the customer gets $125 off the original price and is given it back as cash on her FlexKom Discount Loyalty card and the other $125 is shared with FlexKom.

The customer pays the entire cost of the garment - $3000 - with their debit card, credit card or cash.

The store owner would then ask the customer if she wanted cash back on her purchase. The customer would gladly say, “Yes!” and the store owner would register the new customer in the FlexKom system and activate her new FlexCard, by giving her cash back.

CUSTOMER LOYALTY
Giving discounts as cash back builds loyal customers.

The store owner goes to his FlexKom terminal and puts in the sale, and discounted figure. The customer gets the $125 as cash onto her card and then FlexKom automatically gets their share.

Here is what the figures would look like:

50% of $250 = $125 which goes as cash on the card to the FlexCard customer.
30% of $250 = $ 75 which is shared between the store owner and franchise owner.
20% of $250 = $ 50 which goes to FlexKom and its charities.

The original discount that would have gone “poof” in the air in the past, is now re-utilized and re-distributed. Wasn’t that easy?

INCREASED PROFITS
Giving discounts as cash back increases traffic to the store. More visitors to the stores mean more profits. People, generally tend to flock where cash discounts are given.

The terminal can be programmed to do all the Maths for the store owner.

Here is a simple illustration

.

FlexKom offers
·    M-Commerce – making purchases with your phone
·    E-Commerce – making purchases online
·    Networking     - offering a platform to like-minded individuals to profit together
·    Direct Sales   - spreading the idea of the benefits of being part of the FlexKom system
·    Franchising    - the practice of using another firm's successful business model for profits
For example - KFC. Subway, Rituals, Mc Donald’s

It doesn't matter if you are new to business, or a seasoned professional, the FlexKom system is designed to accommodate everyone.

The FlexKom franchise license is a legal entity which empowers store owners and other FlexKom partners, to carry out business as part of the FlexKom family.

“But why,” you may still ask,” would a store keeper still want the FlexKom system. The money for the discount was his to do with, regardless.”

RESIDUAL INCOME
Well, my friend, the FlexKom Discount Loyalty card earns the store owner / franchise holder residual income for life because whenever the customer shops in a FlexKom affiliated shop, he collects a tiny commission.

The store owner / franchise holder earns money from the everyday normal activity of shopping.

People MUST shop – for groceries, clothes, medicine, school, vacation and everything else in-between. And these purchases can also be made via a mobile phone with the FlexApp on it, as well as the card.

When a shore owner becomes a member of the FlexKom system, FlexKom will provide that shore owner with a POS (Point of Sale) Terminal and initially 100 cards, loaded with between USD$20-$25.

This is what the terminal and the card (enlarged) look like:

The terminal costs USD$350 and additional cards, after the first 100, cost USD$1 each.

If the store owner has 5000 regular loyal customers, he should order that same amount of cards with his terminal.

Now, whenever a customer enters in his business, he will ask the customer if he/she wanted a discount that day. Of course the customer will gladly say, “Yes!” and a life-long relationship through the medium of shopping has begun.

It is strongly recommended that the store owner gives away the FlexCard, and encourage the customer to use it for all purchases.

The customer pays full price and receives the discount as cash on his card. This discount is in the form of cash and not points. This means he can use it as cash at any FlexKom associated store, to buy any product. Or, he may choose to continue to build more cash onto his card which he can then use later. The card can also be used at one of the FlexStores online.

SUMMARIZING
FlexKom is a German company that uses Discount Loyalty Cards to give cash back on purchases made at participating outlets/shops.

Franchise holders get 100 free cards to give out to friends and family for them to make purchases at FlexKom shops.

These cards are pre-loaded with USD$20 -$25.

Businesses also get 100 free cards to give to loyal customers and can order more as their customer base increases at the cost of USD$1.

The cards are to be given freely to the public.

When customers make a purchase with their regular credit/debit card, then swipe their Loyalty Card on the FlexKom terminal to register the discount, they activate the FlexKom Loyalty card.

Customers get their discount as cash back on the card and are happy.

The shop owner is happy because if he gave them the card to use, besides receiving a commission, he now has a customer for life. The cards he gives out are linked to his shop and all his customers' shopping activity in other shops with a FlexKom terminal, earn him commissions.

If a franchise owner signed up a shop and he is your FlexKom partner, he gets paid a small commission too on the activity on the loyal customers' FlexKom cards.

The more cards that are given out and the more shops signed up, the more FlexKom will work for you.
